Please thoroughly read the Fortitude Firearms Consulting LLC Event Waiver & Participation Agreement below.

I understand that participation in the Course Title/Event is voluntary and that any program of private firearms related training, shooting, defensive tactics, or firearms operation involves some element of risk.  I for myself personally and my family members, heirs, executors, attorneys in fact, or any other individual that may claim relief by or through me or on my behalf (collectively “we”) agree that in partial consideration of Fortitude Firearms Consulting’s sponsorship and provision of this Course Title/Event, and permitting me to participate, we will not attempt to hold Fortitude Firearms Consulting, its owners, members, directors, employees, contractors, agents, managers, operators, instructors, range safety officers, volunteers, insurers, third party range facility owners or personnel, or family members of such individuals (“Releasees”), liable in damages for any injury or loss to person or property we might sustain while so participating; and we hereby release Fortitude Firearms Consulting and all such entities or individuals from any liability whatsoever for personal injury arising from participation in the Course Title/Event. We covenant not to sue or file claims against the Releasees, agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees whether injury or damage is caused by my negligence; the negligence of the Releasees; or the negligence of any third party from any loss, liability, damages, or costs, including court costs and attorneys fees, that Releasees may incur as a result of my participation in the Course Title/Event.  I understand that by participating in this activity I will assume the risk of injury and damage from risks and damages that are inherent in any such activity and acknowledge and agree that the specific, routine firearms and/or defensive training activity undertaken in the Course Title/Event, not requiring any particular form or scheme of regulation or licensure under North Carolina law, does not involve the performance of a duty of public service or otherwise involve an extensively regulated public duty or public interest. 

I acknowledge and agree that participation in the Course Title/Event is a voluntary, selective privilege and that I am free to withdraw from the Course Title/Event should I in any manner, shape, or form disagree with the terms of this Agreement.  It is my express intent that this Agreement binds the members of my family, if I am alive, and my heirs, assigns, and personal representative, if I am deceased, and that this Agreement shall be deemed as a Release, Waiver, Discharge, and Covenant Not to Sue the above named Releasees.

I also acknowledge and agree that I have no expectation of privacy to any pictures, images, or likeness obtained during the Course Title/Event open to the public and that, nonetheless, I authorize my picture and likeness to be used by Fortitude Firearms Consulting, LLC however it sees fit to include but not be limited to the sales of products, training events, or other similar marketing or advertising purposes.
